Yes! While most of our real estate videography and photography services are done in Knoxville, we are always willing to travel the distance to capture your property. Additional fees may be necessary depending on the distance.

Yes! Unlike with weddings, Jake Shick Productions offers full photography services to our real-estate clients. This includes capturing dozens of photos of the interior and exterior of the property being listed. Real-Estate clients can expect to receive 35-40 edited photographs to display on their properties listing. Photography fees all pertain to the square-footage of the property being photographed. Jake Shick Productions also offers aerial photography services for real estate clients looking to capture their property from the sky! It is truly breathtaking! We certainly do! With our real estate videography team, Jake Shick Productions can capture stunning images and videos of your property from high elevation in 5k resolution! This is great for clients that are wanting to showcase their property lines or commercial lots that can only be seen well from the sky. We are also licensed and insured to fly drones according to the Part 107 FAA ruling.

Yes! Once everything has been photographed, we process all of the photos through our editing software to enhance the quality of the photos and make them presentable for the online listing. This usually takes no more than 1-2 days to complete the process.

We understand the urgency our real-estate clients have in getting their listing posted. Keeping this in mind, Jake Shick Productions can expect to have their real estate videography and photography services completed within 1-2 days from the day the property was photographed or filmed.

To receive the best results from your photos and videos, we ask our real estate clients to have the house completely cleaned and tidied up so that it can look the most presentable. This would include removing any clutter or boxes that can cause a distraction from enjoying the overall view of the property. We also ask that all the lights in the property to be turned on as well as opening all the window blinds. This will help ensure our real estate clients get the best results from their real estate videos and photos we capture for them.
